Regalia Rentals
To rent regalia, complete a regalia rental form and return it to the UGA Bookstore. Faculty regalia rental forms are due by March 28. Faculty renting regalia after that date may incur a personal rush fee of $20 or more.
Undergraduate Ceremony
Participation
If you wish to participate in the undergraduate ceremony, please REGISTER HERE by April 24.

Parking
Parking is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Use the registration link to request a parking pass for the Tate Center Parking Deck. The deadline to register for parking is April 25. To receive a faculty parking pass, please REGISTER HERE.
Assembly
Faculty should report to the Tate Student Center, Reception Hall by 6:30pm. Lineup will begin at 7:20pm.
Dinner
A buffet dinner will be provided. Dinner service begins at 5:30pm. Please REGISTER HERE for dinner.
Graduate Ceremony

Gate
Faculty should use Gate A to enter Stegeman Coliseum.
Assembly
Major professors/hooding faculty should make plans with their doctoral candidate to meet prior to entering the coliseum. Doctoral candidates will report with their hooding faculty member to the Carlton Street side of the Coliseum and enter through the doors closest to the cross walk near the Science Learning Center.
Non-hooding faculty should report to the Tunnel 2 Conference Room in Stegeman Coliseum by 8:30am.
